- Items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
- The items you are returning must be in the original condition of purchase i.e. clean, unworn, free from perfumes/fragrances/ makeup. Items being returned must still have the tags attached to the garment.
- To return products you need to fill in the returns form. Once we receive the form we will send a returns confirmation via email.

- We can not process returns or exchanges for the following :
Cosmetics, underwear and grooming products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When will I receive my refund?
We will send you a refund confirmation email as soon as we have received the returned item back to our warehouse. The email will contain the refund amount minus postage fee incurred. Once your refund has been processed, your refund money should reflect in your bank account within 10 working days in line with the processing lead times of your payment provider.
